How can I book a room?
Just check the availability using the online reservation system, select the type of room required and fill out the booking form. You will receive by return a confirmation of your booking by e-mail.
What time is check in and check out?
Check in: from 15h00 // check out 12h00
Can I leave the room late?
12h00 is the latest time to leave the room. Otherwise you pay the next night or half the next night according to the time you leave the room and as the reception notified.
Can I choose the type of bed in my room? (Large bed – two beds)
You can make your choice while booking your room. It can be changed according to the availability on the day of arrival.
Do the rooms have a balcony or terrace? Can I reserve one?
No, but on the highest floor, you have a beautiful sight on the Parisian roofs.
Are there non-smoking rooms?
The hotel is entirely non-smoking since February 1st of 2007.
How many storeys does the building have? Is there a lift?
5 floors, there is 1 lifts.
Is there air conditioning in the rooms?
There is air conditioning in 19 rooms. It doesn’t work all the year but as it is needed.
Is your hotel adapted for the handicapped?
No, but we have one room on the ground floor and a lift which facilitates the welcoming of disabled persons.
Can you keep my luggage when I leave the room?
Yes.
Is there a safe place to park my car? How much does it cost?
There are 4 Public parking near the hotel: "Ecole de Médecine", "Soufflot" "St Sulpice" and "Mabillon".

Does the hotel have an Internet or e-mail terminal for guests?
Yes, there is a self-service computer with Internet connection in the hall of the hotel.
Do you have high-speed internet in the room for my portable computer? Is it wireless?
Yes, Wifi is available in the whole hotel.
Do you have a quiet, romantic room? How can I reserve it?
Yes, we have rooms overlooking the courtyard. All our rooms are equipped with double-glazing and we have two rooms with a canopy bed. Request when you make your reservation.
What languages are spoken in Reception?
French, English, Spanish and Italian.
Where may I rent a car?
At the reception desk, they will help you to find one.
How far away is the Eiffel Tower?
About 15 minutes by bus.
We are coming with 1 (or more) child, can we add an extra bed in a double room? What are the other options? We can only add an extra bed in the superior double rooms. It is 15€/night. The request must be made 24h prior your arrival.
What is the nearest metro station and how long does it take to join it?
Metro: "Odéon" and "Cluny" stations (lines 4 and 10), 3-minute walk and RER "Luxembourg" station.
How much does a taxi from the airport cost?
Orly: 30€ // CDG: 60 €
How can I cancel my reservation?
You will receive a confirmation of your booking through e-mail. On this confirmation, you will find your confirmation code and a cancellation code. Keep these codes carefully as you will need them if you want to cancel. To cancel the booking, just log on our website, then in « Rates and Bookings », click on « Track/Cancel Reservation », then just follow the procedure. You can use this system only if you have respected the cancellation policy on your confirmation.
